This followed an 8 mile run the evening before. Legs are looking good even though I say it myself!!

Richard Durrant joins the ride
Great friend of both Shirley and Sean Richard Durrant is joining Sean on the memorial ride for a few days starting on day 2. It will be a great motivation for Sean. Maybe we will be able to work on the new version of Boom Ooh Yatta Ta Ta. Picture of RD signing CD's at a concert in Paraguay. A group of young people from New Eccles are going to work in the Shanty Town in Assuncion this summer. Richard is the Patron of this project and has done so much to make it happen.
