Naomi training her Dad!

Good old Naomi came up from London to check on her Dad and take him out on a training ride. This time they cycled to Norwich. With the wind on their backs they made it up there in double quick time. Caught the train back to Attleborough and cycled home from the station. 27 miles in total. Not bad for a short session. The weather was kind. All good preparation for the real thing. Less than two weeks till departure.

  2. It was a great ride out with Naomi. She sticks behind me which is kind of her. It makes me god faster which is good for the training. She has been a great support in the build up for the ride.
